Information you give me. When you fill out a form on this Site — requesting a guide, asking a question, or scheduling a consultation — I collect the information you enter. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, and property address, and may include information about your timeline, your goals, or your property.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this Site collects standard technical information through cookies and analytics tools: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and how you arrived at the Site. This is used to understand how the Site is used and to improve it.
Information from advertising platforms. If you arrived here from a YouTube or Google ad, those platforms may share aggregate campaign performance information with me. They do not share your identity with me unless you submit a form.
3. How I use your information
I use the information you provide to:
- Send you the guide, report, or material you requested
- Contact you personally by phone, text, or email to follow up on your request
- Prepare property-specific analysis for a scheduled consultation
- Confirm and remind you of appointments you have scheduled
- Send occasional market information, which you can opt out of at any time
- Provide real estate brokerage services if you become a client
- Comply with legal, regulatory, and professional obligations
I do not use your information for any purpose you would not reasonably expect from the request you made.
4. Text messaging and consent
Consent to receive text messages is optional and separate from any other action on this Site. You can request a guide, submit a form, or contact me without agreeing to receive text messages. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of receiving anything.
If you check the box consenting to SMS, you may receive:
- Delivery of the material you requested
- Messages identifying the number I will be calling you from
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Occasional follow-up regarding your inquiry
Message frequency varies and is typically low. Message and data rates may apply.

5. Mobile information and third parties
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
6. How I share information
I do not sell your personal information.
I share information only in these circumstances:
- Service providers. Vendors who help me operate my practice — my CRM, email and text messaging provider, calendar software, and website host — process your information on my behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
- Brokerage. If you become a client, information necessary to the transaction is shared with Century 21 Epic – Valley of the Moon and with the parties, agents, escrow, title, and lenders involved in that transaction.
- Referral partners. If you are outside the areas I serve and you ask me to refer you, I will share your contact information with a referring agent only with your knowledge.
- Legal requirements. Where required by law, subpoena, or regulatory obligation, or to protect legal rights.
7. Your choices
- Email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional messages about an active transaction are not marketing.
- Text. Reply STOP.
- Access, correction, and deletion. You may ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Write to daniel.rogers@c21epic.com and I will respond within the time required by law. Some records must be retained under real estate licensing and recordkeeping rules.
- California residents. California law gives you rights regarding your personal information, including the right to know what is collected, the right to request deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. I do not sell personal information as that term is defined under California law.
8. Cookies and analytics
This Site uses cookies and may use Google Analytics and advertising pixels to understand traffic and measure advertising performance. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the Site may not function normally.
9. Data retention and security
I retain information as long as necessary to serve you and to meet legal and professional recordkeeping obligations. I use commercially reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.

This Site is not directed to anyone under 18, and I do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Third-party links
This Site links to other sites, including MLS, brokerage, and social media pages. I am not responsible for their privacy practices.
